Above & Beyond

In November of 2022, Musiquito Media was back again at the Acqua Hotel in Mill Valley, CA for our 10th season with the Carlston Family Foundation. In January of the same year, the Carlston Family Foundation changed its status to a public charity and its name to Above & Beyond. For more than twenty years, the Carlston Family Foundation has operated as a private foundation with two main purposes: To identify, recognize, and reward the most outstanding public high school teachers in California; and to use the collective expertise of our cadre of past honorees to support and encourage the retention of the most promising novice teachers, and to add to their knowledge base as professionals.

We shot multi-camera video of the awards ceremony, receptions, and interviews with current and former awardees, as well as provided event photography and audio-visual support. Earlier in the year, we did site visits and on-location interviews with 2022 awardees throughout California.

In addition to our regular work at events throughout the year, Musiquito Media also provides consulting services for web-design, virtual events, future-planning as well as event logistics & coordination.
